The Yoga weekend:
For those of you who like a slightly slower approach, for the first time, we would like to offer a relaxing weekend of Sea kayaking and Yoga. We will meet at on the Saturday at 09:00 at the Paddlers return for a coffee and a chat, and then go for a wildlife and history focused paddle along the Anglesey coastline. The first Yoga session will take place late afternoon, before dinner, back at the centre, it will be led by Ellie Evans, an experienced instructor & last approximately 45minutes. The Yoga will be a gentle Hatha style, inclusive for all & suitable for both new comers or seasoned Yogi’s. The aim will be to ease out any tension or stiffness from the body post & pre paddling.
We will start the Sunday with the second Yoga session at 09:00 and then head out for another paddle with the aim to be off the water by about 15:30-16:00. 


Inc. Kit, boat etc. yoga mats can be provided (please specify when booking) but feel free to bring your own!
